Ground and Surface Water Protection - Supplemental Requirements for Water Reuse

The Water Protection Division of the NMED petitions the Water Quality Control Commission to adopt a new part (“Part 8”) to Title 20, Chapter 6 of the New Mexico Administrative Code (“NMAC”). The proposed Part 8 is entitled “Ground and Surface Water Protection – Supplemental Requirements for Water Reuse” and will supplement the existing Ground and Surface Water Protection Regulations found at 20.6.2 NMAC.
