NMED Clean Water State Revolving Fund FY 26 Intended Use Plan and Priority List

The New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) Construction Programs Bureau (CPB) produces a quarterly l Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) Project Priority List (PPL) and an annual Intended Use Plan (IUP). The IUP identifies the proposed intended uses of the funding amounts available to the CWSRF Program including from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. The current PPL identifies eligible projects for CWSRF funding from all sources for State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2026 and will be updated quarterly.
