I love and cherish every part of this amazing state and I truly belive that Beside the ...↓people, communities, and food the landscape and natural resources make this state beautiful and enjoyable. Our state is beyond unique and special yet we're already facing one of the worse droughts in the United States with the Rio Grande down by 80% of its natural historic water flow. With this I can't even imagine how anyone in their right mind can think Dona Ana county can sustain a data plant. I am aware this is a "one time" fill system but we cannot even afford the one time fill , much less the thousands of gallons of water used to maintain the plant. We are quite literally water bankrupting ourselves and just making dona ana county an inhabitable place for our future and all the future generations. Which is somewhere I hoped to raise my kids, but that seems like less and less of an option the more and more you build this center. No matter how much profit, how can someone or some company possibly think that's okay, where is your humanity? Please think about the people, land, Animals, economy, and communities your affecting not just the short term money jackpot?

Aside from that the air quality is a huge concern!!! How can one even begin to think it's okay to emit that much toxins into what's supposed to be our clean breathing air. Eveyone moans and groans about cities and factories emisssions but now you wanna add these 2 micro grids which emit way more. I simply can't even process how any amount of money would make this data center or any data center at that, half way feasible. It's insane and inhumane.

I am submitting this comment to share my opposition to the Yucca Growth Infrastructure, LLC-YGI Microgrid Air Quality Construction Permit Application. Please deny this application for the following reasons:

*YGI's application should be denied by NMED because YGI failed to include all relevant information about Bloom Energy's problematic history.

*Bloom Energy's Fuel Cells are not clean energy – no matter what YGI says. These fuel cells generate significant NOX, CO, and VOCs, all of which contribute to negative health impacts, as well as hazardous solid waste that cannot be ignored by NMED.

*Permitting any microgrid facility will result in a clear example of environmental racism and NMED is required to ensure no group of people bears a disproportionate share of negative environmental consequences. This is especially important because Doña Ana County residents already bear the disproportionate burden of environmental pollution compared to the rest of New Mexico.

*NMED should give the public 60 days of additional time to review and comment on the Application to ensure everyone can meaningfully comment and participate.

*If NMED does not reject YGI's application, NMED must hold a public hearing on the Application in both English and Spanish, in a hybrid format and in person in Santa Teresa.

We cannot drink or breathe data. Please leave Dona ana county, New Mexico and honestly all of the United State's precious land and resources out of your "get rich quick scheme", we don't need this data, we need clean air and water.
