All interested persons have thirty (30) days from the date the notice is published in the newspaper to notify the Department in writing of their interest in the permit application, to request to view the Department’s analysis, and/or to request a hearing. Comments submitted via the Public Comment Portal, emailed to the permit writer, or mailed to the address in the notice are considered written.
