Intrepid Potash - West Plant Construction Permit Application

Intrepid Potash – New Mexico, LLC has applied to modify their construction permit for the West Plant. Review the notice and documents on the Public Notice web page under the Eddy County menu: www.env.nm.gov/public-notices/. This application is to replace standby engine unit W-G-2 and increase operating hours of the engine to 3000 hours per year.

All interested persons have thirty (30) days from the date the notice is published in the newspaper to notify the Department in writing of their interest in the permit application. Comments submitted via the Public Comment Portal, emailed to the permit writer, or mailed to the address in the notice are considered written.
